- Before use, wash pan in warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Before use for the first time, it should be lightly seasoned with cooking oil and then wiped off with clean cloth.

- for non-stick surface, use wooden or plastic coated kitchen tools. Metal tools can damage the coating.
- Always allow for pan to cool down naturally before washing.
- During cleaning, wash in hot water containing detergent.
